Whether looking for a full-time job or a summer job, the areas in which you need to develop proficiency are the same. You need to have a plan, an idea of how long you can be without a job. Remember, there are always temporary agencies which will place you in a job for a short time. Spent time on developing your resume and preparing for your interviews.

The Secret Shopper Tips Booklet @$6.00
A successful retail business must have Satisfied customers and Satisfied employees. Products change. Times change. One thing that does not change is human nature. The two primary basics of human nature are (1) everyone wants to be appreciated. That is not to say that customers will appreciate you, but deep down, they want to be appreciated and/or accepted. (2) Nobody likes to be wrong. We all are wrong on occasion, but we don’t like to be. In business, you deal with customers all day, and they may insist they are right, which means, of course, that you or your company are wrong.
The saying “The customer is always right” is not meant to be taken literally. The literal translation is “The customers must be made to feel as if they are right--even if they are not.” That is the challenge, and hopefully this booklet will help address that challenge. Keep in mind what is most important--without customers you would not have your job and you would not have your business.

Birthday
A regular card for your special birthday just wasn’t good enough. You are such a special person and have influenced so many people, that I decided to do a little research to find some relevant information about successful aging. I believe you will relate to much of what I found.
We all deal with similar life issues - the pursuit of peace, happiness and longevity. In general, we all live and think in terms of a linear time model. Under 30 we often think we are immortal and are therefore extravagant with our time. From ages 30-60 we live chaotic lives with never enough time! Then after 60 we deal with real issues of our mortality and all time and activities become compressed. Along this path there can be losses or shifts that cause us to view time in a non-linear fashion.
So why is there a vast difference in how people age? Some people are "old" at 60 while others are "young" at 100 years of age. Our thoughts and perceptions of age put boundaries around what we can do. You can change the way you grow old, by emphasizing living and joy every day.
Each card is totally personalized.
